Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in design, with a portfolio showcasing strong graphic design skills and a clear understanding of design fundamentals.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and mentor a team of designers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a creative team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs.
• UX/UI designs i.e enhancing user experience and interface design for digital products.
• Develop and maintain the artistic direction of projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX/UI, and content creators.
• Oversee the production of high-quality visuals for various mediums, including digital, print, and multimedia.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our digital marketing efforts.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
